I started Sway in 2022 with one client and a simple conviction: the agency model is broken. Bloated retainers, junior account managers, reports nobody reads. I wanted to build the agency I'd hire — small, senior and judged on a single metric: the revenue we add.

Sway started from scratch — built by Aryan Sarswat with a single client and an uncomfortable amount of conviction. The early months were brutal: pitching with no portfolio, learning Meta and Google the hard way, eating losses on tests that went nowhere. We ignored vanity metrics from day one and focused purely on profitable growth — because with one client, there was nowhere to hide.
Industries widened. Rules didn't.
As results compounded, referrals replaced pitching. We partnered with brands across hospitality, real estate, automotive, D2C and wellness. The categories varied wildly; the principle never did — revenue first, everything else second. We turned down more clients than we signed.
Barcelona. Bangkok. Delhi.
The model travelled. €570 in spend turned into 888 conversions on a single launch in Barcelona. Thailand scaled to 934 conversions at ฿2.20 CPC. Different languages, different platforms quirks, same system. Performance, it turns out, has no borders.
Traffic wasn't enough.
We kept watching great traffic die in spreadsheets and unanswered WhatsApp messages. So we built the missing layer: AI-powered lead systems that capture, enrich, score and route demand in real time. The traffic we drove finally became what it was always meant to be — sales conversations.
